On 15th September 2021, Sarah Mercer from the team Graz held a workshop to promote the first output of the GCMC project, the “Values, attitudes, knowledge, and skills (VAKS) for teacher competences for multilingual pedagogies and global citizenship education”. The workshop lasted for one hour and hosted 15 participants from six countries: Austria, Japan, the Netherlands, Serbia, Spain, and the US. Attendees discussed global citizenship and multilingual competences, reflected on, and shared good practice and insights. The participants also tried out the interactive self-reflection tool (https://gcmc.global/tools/vaks-interactive/) and shared their feedback with the GCMC team. In addition, they also gave suggestions about what they would prefer to see in the next output, IO2.
